Questions

Using SUNPOW home & fitness

What can go in the SUNPOW ultrasonic cleaner?

The large tank takes rings, earrings, glasses, watches and necklaces. The small tank is for contact lenses. Hold the power button for 3 seconds to start, and use a suitable cleaning solution for stubborn residue.

Which pull-up band should I start with?

Pick the band that lets you finish your planned reps with good form. More assistance comes from the heavier bands: purple is rated 50–145 lb, red 35–95 lb, orange 25–75 lb. As you get stronger, step down a color.
