Who handles payment, delivery and returns for SUNPOW products?
Our retail partner does, for all 17 items in our range. You check out on their site, and their terms cover payment, delivery dates and returns.
Why can the price at checkout differ from the price here?
Prices change during the day, and we update ours for all 27 versions on a schedule. The price you pay is the one at checkout.
Can I clean old coins or gemstone rings in the SUNPOW ultrasonic cleaner?
Not every piece: our 45 kHz cleaner suits plain gold, silver and glasses, but GIA warns against it for oiled or coated gems such as emerald and opal, and for pearls and amber. Old coins are best left uncleaned, because cleaning lowers their grade.
